Step 1

Parent Intake

 

We start with a conversation just with you. This gives you a space to share your concerns, your daughter’s patterns and what you hope will change. It also helps me tailor a coaching plan that fits her personality and needs.

Step 2

Teen Coaching Sessions

Each session gives your daughter a judgment-free space to talk openly, reflect and learn skills like managing anxiety, improving focus and handling social stress. These tools are practical and easy to apply right away.

Step 3

Real Life Tools

Coaching isn’t about theory — it’s about doing. Your daughter learns strategies she can use in daily life: calming her mind before a test, setting boundaries with friends, or managing time without overwhelm.

Step 4

Parent Consultation

At the end of the series, we reconnect to review progress and discuss how to keep reinforcing her growth at home. You’ll know what tools she’s using and how to support her independence without taking over.

Parents often ask how coaching compares to therapy and it’s an important question. Both can support teens, but they serve different purposes. Therapy focuses on healing the past. Coaching focuses on building tools for the present and future.

​Why work with me?

I’ve spent years listening closely to what teens and parents need most, and I’ve learned that real change happens when both feel understood. With a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University and years as a therapist, I know how to tune into what’s really going on beneath the surface and create space for the big feelings that often hide inside everyday life.

As a certified Teen Wisdom® life coach, I focus on what’s ahead. I blend therapeutic insight with coaching tools to help girls move forward with clarity, compassion and confidence.

 

And as a mom to two Ivy League Division I daughters, I’ve lived the roller coaster of teen pressure and potential. I get how intense this stage can be for the girls and for the grown-ups who love them.

 

This mix of lived experience and professional training lets me support teens in a way that’s deep, real and action-oriented.
